The Hargrove burner system produces up to 44,000 BTUs of heat compared to a standard log/burner system with about 10,000 BTUs. The system has a variable flame remote control system with a hidden valve which means there is only a battery box and no ugly remote box to be seen. The revolutionary molding process captures all the detail you expect from Hargrove in ceramic fiber, for maximum heat radiance. The radiant heat technology directs the heat forward into the room, creating radiant heat output comparable to vent-free, with the natural beauty of vented logs. With the pilot on, the radiant riser and pan keep the chimney warm, so no cold air comes into the house and no heat escapes up the chimney. Tired of bringing wood into the house? A wood-burning fireplace with an existing gas line can easily be converted to gas logs. Even if there is no gas line, a gas plumber can install a gas line into the firebox.

Dual Purpose Gas Logs
Who wouldn’t like the option to open or close the damper. Empire Dual Purpose ceramic fiber gas logs can do just that, without the odor or fumes from a traditional vent-free gas logs system. Have a small firebox, we can help? The 16” inch size is perfect for those small fireboxes. The on/off remote-control with high/low knob Empire Dual Purpose gas log set is vent-free or vented. Hands down this is the best-looking log set because the slope glaze burner design the flame is active and not defined as with other brands. The controls are also hidden so that you do not see knobs and switches from the front. The set also produces plenty of heat, up to 38,000 BTUs.
